We are seeking a dedicated IT Operations manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Limal. Our IT Operations Manager oversees all of our customers' IT infrastructure.
The system administrator is a key person within B&B Computer Solutions, based in the headquarters in Limal. He/she is responsible for the support and administration of the ICT services delivered to the customer.

We are seeking a dedicated IT Operations manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Limal. Our IT Operations Manager oversees all of our customers' IT infrastructure, systems, and support teams to ensure maximum uptime, security, and efficiency. They manage day-to-day "business as usual" (BAU) operations, including help desk, networking, servers, and vendor relationships. Key responsibilities include implementing IT policies, managing budgets, and leading technical teams to support organisational objectives.
· Infrastructure Management:
Monitor and maintain servers (physical/cloud), networks, databases, and security systems to ensure high availability.
· Team Leadership:
Supervise IT staff (system administrators, help desk), delegate tasks, provide training, and mentor employees.
· System Maintenance:
Oversee software installations, hardware upgrades, and regular system backups.
· Support Operations:
Manage the IT service desk to resolve employee technical issues promptly.
· Security & Compliance:
Implement, monitor, and enforce security protocols, firewalls, and data protection policies.
· Disaster Recovery:
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
· Driving Licence
· Languages:
French/English/Dutch
· Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Experience:
Several years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or technical support, with prior management experience.
· Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN), server administration (Active Directory, virtualization), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and IT security protocols.
· Soft Skills:
leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
· Common Certifications:
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)

The system administrator is a key person within B&B Computer Solutions, based in the headquarters in Limal. He/she is responsible for the support and administration of the ICT services delivered to the customer (Windows-based).
· Manage and support all services as described in the BBCS Service Catalog.
· Provide 1 and 2nd level support in accordance with the current and future SLA's.
· Proactively monitor and administer production systems and applications.
· provide 1st line service in delivering high quality support to our internal customers.
· Coordinate cross-team activities and communication in case of high-priority incidents.
· Participate in ICT Infrastructure deployment projects to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
· Establish a good working relationship with our customers and other supporting departments (eg. System Engineering, Application Management, …).

· You are a generalist with a broad interest in (corporate) ICT.
· You have an expert knowledge in: User management (Active Directory), workplace support (hard- and software), ITSM principles (ITIL, …).
· Is a plus : An advanced knowledge (administration-level) of ITSM platforms/tools, Windows Server 2008, System Center (SCCM / SCOM / …), Citrix, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, IP Telephony, printing, …
· Basic knowledge in networking , storage solutions , backup solutions, mobile computing (Windows based), …
· You are able to communicate clearly about ICT with our internal customers.
· You are able to take initiatives (service improvement) and ownership.
· Your hands on mentality enables you to get things done.
· You are able to work independently (after a training period).
· Eager to learn about new technologies and new ways of providing service.
· In all cases, you are client focused and an excellent team player.
· ITIL certification is a plus.
· You are able to express yourself in English and French. Dutch is a plus and if not you are agreed to learn.
